Social media, Event & Influencer coordinator

Now & Forever is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media, Event & Influencer Coordinator to support our brand and client initiatives across digital platforms, live events, and influencer partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands event execution, and knows how to build authentic relationships with creators and influencers.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Assist with content scheduling, posting, captions, and community engagement
• Coordinate influencers and creators for campaigns, events, and brand partnerships
• Handle influencer outreach, communication, contracts, timelines, and deliverables
• Support planning, setup, and execution of events, pop-ups, and activations
• Attend events to capture real-time content (photo, video, stories, live updates)
• Work closely with the creative and account teams to ensure brand alignment
• Track performance metrics for social content, influencer campaigns, and events
• Maintain organized content calendars, influencer lists, and event timelines
