As the brand continues to grow and evolve, we are expanding our creative and marketing support.

Position Overview

Kenni Style Agency is seeking a Creative Marketing & Styling Coordinator to assist with a variety of marketing and styling-related projects that support brand visibility and growth.

This role is ideal for someone with 0–2 years of experience, a strong interest in fashion and creativity, and comfort working with digital tools. You will work closely with the founder to help bring creative ideas to life, support content and marketing initiatives, and assist with the administrative side of building and growing a fashion brand.

This is a hands-on, entry-level creative role with exposure to fashion, marketing, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Support social media content planning, organization, and execution (Instagram and Pinterest)
• Help create and organize digital style boards, mood boards, and visual concepts
• Assist with styling-related marketing projects and creative concepts
• Support email marketing efforts, including content coordination and scheduling
• Help manage and organize digital assets and brand materials
• Repurpose content from the founder’s personal brand for agency marketing use
• Support basic website updates and content management
• Assist with administrative and organizational tasks related to brand growth
• Provide occasional in-person support for content creation days, events, or scheduled creative activities (Houston-based)

Technology & Tools Used

The Creative Marketing & Styling Coordinator will regularly work with the following tools and platforms:

• Instagram
• Pinterest
• Gmail
• ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence tools
• Hue & Stripe (client relationship management tool)
• Wix
• GoodPics
• Mailchimp
• Additional digital tools used to support marketing, content, and brand operations

Training and guidance will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, fashion, styling, communications, or a related field
• OR currently a college junior/senior or recent graduate
• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and visual storytelling
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new platforms
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, founder-led environment
