In this role you drive leadership development and operational excellence across a network of distribution centers. You coach site leaders in the field, raising maintenance standards and improving KPI performance. You'll deploy to multiple sites to assess gaps, implement improvement plans, and ensure consistent program execution. This is a hands-on leadership position that shapes site capabilities, reliability, and safety culture across North America.

- Assess site performance across the network and drive corrective actions to meet KPI targets
- Evaluate site condition, maintenance execution, and team capability; produce actionable improvement plans
- Establish and enforce maintenance execution standards to protect and enhance client assets
- Conduct Health Check audits and QA reviews for consistency across sites
- Provide visibility to General Managers on maintenance activities and outcomes
- Mentor and coach Senior/Maintenance/Area Maintenance Managers in real time
- Identify leadership gaps and create personalized development plans for site leaders
- Teach budgeting, workforce management, KPI interpretation, and escalation processes to emerging leaders
- Develop talent pipelines within sites to sustain performance and values
- Standardize work methods, improve reliability, document processes, and train teams
- Develop and implement reliability plans to increase uptime across facilities
- Provide expertise in MHE, industrial automation, and robotics systems
- Leverage data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and drive continuous improvement
- Advise senior leadership on equipment end-of-life using ROI and analytics
- Foster a proactive safety culture and ensure 100% safety training compliance
- Monitor safety practices, conduct drills, and partner with safety program managers
- Build relationships with site Operations leaders and Program Managers
- Ensure labor budgets, OT adherence, and invoicing accuracy; report variances
- Coordinate with other RMMs to standardize deployment of programs and tools
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of people management and performance improvement experience
- Regional or multi-site maintenance leadership with 80+ employees
- Track record of leading change and driving performance across multiple sites
- Knowledge of MHE systems, maintenance best practices, and 24/7 logistics environments
- Willingness to travel 70-80% across North America
