In this role you will lead equipment commissioning and service coordination for the EqNA organization, acting as the primary interface with customers and service teams. You will drive startup, warranty, and field-service activities across projects, ensuring scoping, submittals, and documentation meet contract requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Connected Service capabilities and seamless service execution. This position offers deep exposure to HVAC equipment operations, project management, and customer-facing responsibilities within a global leader focused on safe, sustainable buildings.

- Coordinate startup, warranty, and service scope across equipment contracts
- Prepare custom service quotes outside standard policies (PCAT)
- Ensure training and readiness of technicians via coordination with TBSM and BSM
- Attend complex project meetings and PSA-related reviews
- Validate PSA details with SAE/Agent Project Owner and manage submittals
- Lead weekly turnover meetings with SAEs and BOM to track service scopes
- Communicate with customers to schedule work and update asset records in NxGen
- Verify warranty data in Warranty Navigator and resolve discrepancies
- Promote Pronto Forms for startup checklists and warranty work
- Ensure startup data and asset registration in NxGen; provide warranty certification
- Coordinate invoicing of SRs upon scope completion and escalate warranty issues
- Act as first point of contact for warranty requests and expedite claims
- Facilitate technical support for EqNA customers as needed
- Escalate and resolve parts or resource constraints impacting service warranty
- Collaborate with CRC, SAE, and Warranty Admin to accelerate cash collections
- 10 plus years of Industry Experience or Technical Engineering/Construction degree graduate
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Writer, Windows
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Professional representation of Johnson Controls to diverse technical levels
