Residential HVAC Service Technician

Aire Serv of Kingwood and Atascocita is building a different kind of HVAC company-one centered on technical excellence, integrity, customer trust, and doing what we say we will do.

We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team and work directly with our Senior HVAC Technician and Technical Operations Leader.

What You'll Do

You will diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems while providing customers with clear, honest information about their options.

Responsibilities include diagnosing heating and cooling problems, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, identifying legitimate repair and replacement opportunities, documenting work accurately, maintaining company tools and vehicles, following safety standards, and creating an exceptional customer experience on every call.

You will work closely with SR Tch/SRVMNG and our office team to ensure each job moves smoothly from dispatch through completion, payment, and follow-up.

What We're Looking For

We prefer candidates with 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience and strong diagnostic skills.

You should be comfortable working independently, communicating directly with homeowners, explaining technical issues in understandable terms, and recommending solutions without high-pressure sales tactics.

EPA certification and a valid driver's license are required. NATE certification is a plus.

ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferred but not required.

Compensation & Opportunity

We intend to pay above market for exceptional technicians.

Compensation will be based on experience, technical capability, professionalism, and demonstrated performance.

In addition to competitive hourly compensation, technicians will have the opportunity to earn an annual performance bonus for exceeding expectations and contributing to the Company's success.
