Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Sales Representative located in Houston, TX. The Lead Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging directly with customers to generate sales leads, close business deals, and create lasting client relationships. Additional day-to-day tasks include managing a team of sales representatives, meeting or exceeding sales targets, conducting performance evaluations, and contributing to the development of effective sales strategies. The role includes opportunities for leadership development and growth into executive management positions.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including customer relationship management, lead generation, and closing sales
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities with experience in mentorship or performance evaluations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills for creating and executing sales plans
  • Proactive, driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the telecom, fiber optics, or cellular communication sectors is a plus
