DSD Junior – Route Sales Support

At IMM Latino Factor, we are growing and looking for a DSD Junior to support the daily operations of our Route Sales Representatives (DSD), Merchandisers, and Delivery Drivers.

This position is a gateway into the DSD business, ideal for responsible individuals who want to learn, gain real field experience, and grow into a permanent (full) position within the company.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Saturday
• Start time: 5:30 a.m.
• End time: until the last customer of the day is serviced, depending on the position being covered

Schedule may vary based on route assignment and daily workload.

Responsibilities

• Cover temporary routes for DSD, merchandising, or delivery
• Deliver products and provide customer service
• Support sales activities, collections, and inventory management
• Load and unload product
• Follow company processes and standards
• Represent IMM Latino Factor professionally with customers

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience driving vans and trucks up to 26 feet (no CDL required)
• Clean background check
• Basic experience in sales, delivery, or merchandising
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Positive attitude, responsibility, and punctuality
• Schedule flexibility

Growth Opportunity

When a position becomes available, the DSD Junior may apply and be promoted to a permanent role, based on performance and operational needs, in any of the following positions:

• DSD / Route Sales Representative
• Merchandiser
• Delivery Driver

Each permanent position has its own compensation structure and benefits.
