Healthcare Marketer

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing & Referral Specialist to grow patient volume and strengthen referral partnerships for our Emergency Room locations. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with personal injury attorneys, urgent care centers, clinics, and community organizations to drive qualified referrals and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage referral relationships with personal injury firms, urgent care centers, clinics, and community partners
• Conduct regular in-person visits and outreach to referral sources
• Present ER services and capabilities to medical and legal partners
• Track referral activity and maintain accurate outreach records
• Create and execute local field marketing strategies
• Represent the ER at community events and networking meetings
• Identify new partnership opportunities and referral channels
• Collaborate with leadership on growth targets and territory plans
• Provide monthly and quarterly referral performance reports

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in healthcare, medical, or field marketing (ER, urgent care, PI marketing preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable with in-person outreach and networking
• Proven ability to meet or exceed referral or growth targets
• Organized with good follow-up and reporting habits
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Preferred Background

• Experience working with personal injury networks
• Healthcare marketing or physician liaison experience
• Existing local referral relationships is a plus

Compensation & Incentives

• $45,000 base salary
• Quarterly commission based on referral volume
