Security Guards

Overview

Join our security team as a Security Guard and help maintain a safe, secure environment for our clients, personnel, visitors, and property. We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals with some security experience who are ready to take an active role in protecting the premises. This position involves frequent foot patrols, monitoring assigned areas, responding to incidents, and providing professional customer service.

We offer both part-time and full-time positions, with day and night shifts available, including weekends. The starting pay is $14.00 per hour, with opportunities for dependable team members to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

Monitor and secure assigned properties, buildings, parking areas, and surrounding grounds.

Conduct frequent foot patrols to identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, property damage, or security concerns.

Control access to designated areas and verify individuals when required.

Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and disturbances.

Complete accurate security reports, incident reports, and daily activity logs.

Maintain a visible security presence while providing professional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, law enforcement, emergency personnel, and members of the public when necessary.

Follow all company policies, post orders, and applicable security procedures.

Be prepared to spend a significant portion of each shift walking and patrolling on foot.

Requirements

Some previous security experience preferred.

Valid security license required.

Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from assigned work locations.

Must be willing and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Must be physically capable of extended periods of walking and standing while conducting foot patrols.

Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and strong communication skills.

Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional when handling incidents or difficult situations.

Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Schedule & Pay

Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour

Part-time and full-time positions available

Day and night shifts available

Weekend availability required

Primarily foot-patrol assignments
