Opportunity Overview

• Route Structure: Steady local routes with dense package clusters across the metro area.
• Daily Volume: Average 50–120+ stops per day.
• Package Profile: Mostly soft parcels and small-to-medium packages (typically under 35 lbs; max 50 lbs).
• Work Schedule: Complete your route at your own pace (average workdays run 6–8 hours).
• Fast On boarding: Fully digital on boarding via Openforce—get approved in 24 to 48 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Hub Pickup: Pick up assigned parcels daily from the local hub facility and load your vehicle safely.
• Delivery: Follow GPS-routed sequences using your mobile device to complete 100% of route deliveries before the daily cutoff.
• Navigation & Safety: Safely navigate residential and commercial routes in various weather conditions.
• Communication: Maintain professional contact with dispatch as needed.

Driver Requirements

• Vehicle: Reliable Van or SUV in good operational condition (all van types allowed).
• Smartphone: iOS or Android smartphone with an active data plan for mobile scanning.
• Qualifications: Age 21+ with a valid Driver’s License, clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Insurance: Active Commercial Auto Insurance ($1,000,000 CSL) and Motor Truck Cargo Insurance.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift, push, and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• 1099 Terms: Contractor is responsible for their vehicle, fuel, insurance, and routine upkeep.

Pay: $999.00 - $1,200.00 per week
