We are expanding our operations in Houston, TX and are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow with us long term. This is a performance-based field sales role, ideal for someone who wants to build a career, not just collect a paycheck.

• This is not a fixed salary

Vehicle

Company vehicle provided after the first month, based on performance

Responsibilities

• Visit contractors and job sites throughout the Houston area
• Follow up with existing customers and warm leads
• Identify new sales opportunities through field visits and networking
• Present products and pricing clearly and professionally
• Close orders and build repeat business
• Maintain basic records of customer visits and activity
• Work closely with management to support territory growth

Requirements (Important)

• Spanish (Mexican) is REQUIRED – daily communication with crews and foremen
• Comfortable working with base + commission compensation
• Willing to work in outside / field sales
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, self-motivated, and consistent work ethic

Sales or construction experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
