Position Overview
The booking team manager leads, coaches, and elevates our phone sales team each day. You review calls daily, give clear feedback, keep the team aligned with luxury tone and speed, and drive bookings through strong leadership and your own performance. You love numbers. This is a hybrid role with three in studio days that focus on coaching, alignment, and leadership presence.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, uplift, and develop a remote booking team toward daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Review calls throughout the day and coach in real time
- Create energy, clarity, and confidence on the team
- Hold people to expectations with warmth and firmness
- Conduct performance reviews and real coaching conversations
- Provide quick adjustments when tone or pacing shifts
- Show up three days a week in studio for coaching and leadership
Sales Performance and Training
- Teach value building, rapport, and objection handling
- Model excellence by making your own outbound calls
- Help the team hit targets and then raise them
- Reinforce luxury tone, speed, and emotional intelligence
- Close gaps quickly using both coaching and strategy
Metrics, Tracking, and Reporting
You own the numbers. You track, report, and drive improvement on:
- bookings
- conversion rate
- dials
- lead response time
- script compliance
- pacing
- individual trends
You complete daily pacing updates, weekly KPI reports, and monthly improvement plans.
Operational Oversight
- Oversee daily workflow
- Keep communication clean and proactive
- Bring solutions, not problems
- Protect the client experience at every touch point
