Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales B2B role based in Houston, TX. The Sales B2B professional will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with business clients, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role involves presenting solutions to potential clients, conducting negotiations, and delivering training sessions to ensure client understanding of products or services. Collaboration with internal teams to develop sales strategies and address client needs will also be essential.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop and implement strategies for achieving business goals
- Experience in Training, enabling clients to seamlessly integrate solutions into their operations
- Proficiency in building and nurturing client relationships, along with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a related role is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills and an adaptive approach to dynamic business environments
