Automotive Shop Assistant Manager

Looking for an experienced shop assistant manager to join our team at our Houston, Texas automotive repair shop that has been serving our community for over 40 years. We have locations in Texas and Georgia and offer great benefits including medical, dental, and vision with low deductibles, a matching 401(k), vacation pay, and holiday pay. Our work week is five days with a starting base salary of $52,000 and the potential to earn between $72,000 and $90,000 with commissions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as a service advisor in the automotive repair industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair industry practices and procedures.
• Knowledge in Tekmetric a big plus.
