About the Role

This is a 1099 independent contractor role for an experienced, self-directed marketing professional.

You will

  • source and bring in your own clients
  • manage ongoing marketing relationships
  • deliver services within defined E3PO packages
  • earn based on results, not hours

This is a commission-based role. There is no base salary or guaranteed income.

This role is best suited for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and growth rather than a traditional paycheck.

Work Location

This is a hybrid role.

Local availability is required for in-house client visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Source and bring in new clients aligned with E3PO service packages
  • Lead initial marketing conversations (pricing requires founder approval)
  • Deliver marketing services within defined scope
  • Manage assigned client relationships
  • Represent E3PO professionally and consistently
  • Follow established systems, boundaries, and quality standards

Services You May Deliver

Depending on the client package

  • Social media planning and posting
  • Short-form video and reels
  • Light graphic content
  • In-house content capture
  • Campaign and event marketing support (Growth tier)

Platforms

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • TikTok (Video & Growth packages only)

Compensation

  • Commission-based only
  • 60% to contractor / 40% to E3PO Consulting
  • Paid monthly after client payment is collected
  • First payment occurs after first client signs and pays
  • No base pay, hourly pay, or advances

Independent Contractor Notice

This position is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Consultants manage their own schedules, tools, and tax obligations while meeting agreed-upon deliverables and brand standards.

90-Day Pilot Period

All contractor relationships begin with a 90-day pilot.
