• *Job Description**:

We’re seeking enthusiastic **TCG Specialists & Retail Associates** to join our team. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable gamer with a passion for TCGs, excellent customer service skills, and retail experience. You’ll engage with customers, provide expert advice, maintain inventory, and help organize in-store events.

• *Key Responsibilities**:
• Assist customers with product selection, rules explanations, and gameplay strategies for Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other TCGs.
• Process sales, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Host and support in-store events (e.g., tournaments, drafts, learn-to-play sessions).
• Stay updated on new product releases, game updates, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the team to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• *Requirements**:
• **Proven experience** in retail or customer-facing roles.
• **In-depth knowledge** of TCG rules and gameplay for at least one of the following: Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (weekends and evenings may be required).
• *Preferred Qualifications**:
• Experience organizing or participating in TCG tournaments/events.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management tools.

Job Types: Full-time( 40 Hours Per Week)

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
