Dayspring Home Care, LLC is a trusted home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, reliable, and affordable senior care services. We are expanding and seeking an experienced Home Health Marketer to help grow our referral network and increase client admissions.

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Home Health Marketer with proven experience in healthcare marketing and referral development. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with referral sources and increase brand awareness in the Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as:
• Hospitals
• Skilled nursing facilities
• Rehabilitation centers
• Physicians’ offices
• Case managers and social workers
• Promote Dayspring Home Care services to potential referral partners
• Conduct in-person and virtual marketing visits
• Track referrals and report marketing outcomes
• Represent the agency at community events and health fairs
• Collaborate with management on growth strategies
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in home health or home care marketing
• Established referral network preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance
• Experience in Houston market is a plus
