The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of TikTok operations, from building and scaling a high-performing creator and influencer network to managing the performance of TikTok Shop, including listings, campaigns, and live commerce events. Applicants for the Head of TikTok Growth and Social Commerce position at the company should have a proven track record in social e-commerce sales, with a particular emphasis on TikTok Shop and live commerce.
