SLP Assistant for Pediatric Home Health

Communication Essentials is a therapist-owned home health agency that provides outstanding speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to children throughout the Greater Houston area. We help children build essential skills to last a lifetime.

SEEKING TALENTED SLP-ASSISTANTS FOR FULL TIME AND PART-TIME CASELOADS IN NORTH/NORTHEAST/NORTHWEST/ WEST HOUSTON/EAST HOUSTON.

We truly love what we do, and our team is seeking creative and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants to join our dynamic group of caring professionals for direct home health patient care in North/Northeast/Northwest/West Houston/East Houston.

• Established caseloads with current authorizations on file for some patients
• 30 minutes per session
• Day and afterschool patients available
• Afterschool patients typically available from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
• Supportive staff and outstanding SLP-Supervisors available
• In person and telehealth options available
• Spanish language skills a plus, but not required

Caseload may also be staffed by an SLP.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SLP-ASSISTANT

Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders or equivalent, Current Texas state license as an SLP-Assistant or be eligible for licensure, Current Driver's License, Minimum of two professional references, Previous pediatric experience preferred, Reliable transportation, valid and current auto liability insurance, Flexibility is a must, English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
