We are currently hiring for one or more of the following roles:

Sales / Service Advisor / Estimator

• Convert estimates into approved repairs
• Build trust and close work ethically
• Increase average repair order
• Manage customers from intake to delivery
• Assist with invoices, payments, and light accounting

Automotive Technician (A, B, or C Level)

Master tech requirements: We are seeking a high-level Master Technician with strong expertise in ADAS calibrations, vehicle programming, and advanced electrical diagnostics. This role is for a technician who operates beyond routine mechanical repairs and is trusted with complex problem-solving and precision work.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in being the go-to technical expert in the shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ADAS calibrations (camera, radar, blind-spot, lane assist, etc.)
• Conduct OEM and aftermarket module programming and relearns
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical and network issues
• Troubleshoot CAN, LIN, and vehicle communication faults
• Support other technicians with advanced diagnostics when needed
• Ensure all calibrations and programming meet OEM specifications
• Document procedures clearly and accurately
• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently
• Perform maintenance, mechanical, and repair work
• Communicate findings clearly to advisors
• Maintain productivity and quality standards

• Own tools preferred

For All Roles

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
