Director of Sales & Market Expansion – Home Care (Houston)

Cardinal Senior Care is expanding aggressively across Houston and launching multiple new service areas. We are building a high-performance sales engine and are looking for a proven sales leader who knows how to grow census, build teams, and turn opportunity into real weekly care hours.

This is not a maintenance role.

This is a build-and-scale leadership position.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead sales strategy and execution for multiple new Houston service areas
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing home care sales team
  • Launch new service areas on schedule and drive early traction
  • Personally close private-pay home care clients during early market entry
  • Build strong referral relationships and convert them into booked care hours
  • Track performance metrics and hold sales team members accountable
  • Turn growth plans into measurable weekly care hour production

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in home care sales, healthcare sales, or senior services
  • Experience growing census, weekly care hours, or multi-location territories
  • Strong leadership background managing and developing sales professionals
  • Comfortable closing families directly and coaching others to do the same
  • Familiarity with the Houston market and referral landscape preferred

Compensation & Performance Incentives

  • Annual Salary: $90,000–$120,000
  • 3% override commission on all new weekly care hours generated by your region
  • $5,000 launch bonus for each new service area opened on schedule
  • $1,000 hiring bonus for every sales rep you hire who produces 300+ weekly care hours within their first 30 days
  • $600 monthly car allowance
  • Performance-based equity opportunity after year one for top performers
