Compensation: Average $45,000-$60,000+/yr: $500 weekly guarantee + commissions ($100-$300 per sale) + monthly bonuses ($500-$2,250)

Bulldog Security Services, an authorized ADT dealer with over 30 years of experience, is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our National Partnership Division. In this role, you’ll serve as a dedicated security concierge, working with potential clients referred by our trusted affiliate partners to find the best ADT-monitored security solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with prospective clients referred by our affiliate partners, educating them on the benefits of home security solutions.
• Take ownership of the sales process, from understanding customer needs to closing the sale.
• Build rapport with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow all sales protocols to ensure customer satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For

• Energetic, results-driven individuals who thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (inside sales a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients over the phone.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and CRM tools.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a bonus!
• Must pass a background check.
