• Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and engagement
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends using web analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media management platforms
• Perform keyword research to optimize content for SEO purposes and improve online visibility
• Support in executing Facebook Advertising campaigns and analyzing their performance
• Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce strategies
• Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing
• Track and report on social media metrics using web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness
• Engage with followers to foster community relationships and manage online reputation

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends in social media marketing
• Experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer (application) is a plus
