We work with prominent Media & Entertainment companies. This full-time position involves working with GDS Systems for reservations and fares/ticketing support.

• Monitor team workload and performance.
• Support the Operations Manager.
• Create regular performance data reports.
• Motivate and support your team.
• Drive operational service, quality, and efficiencies.
• Ensure policy adherence/Quality Control.
• Calmly handle client feedback.
• Deal with VIP clients.
• Train Travel Consultants.
• Manage global operational setups.

About you

• Media & Entertainment experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills.
• Calm, professional demeanor.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Troubleshooting and creative thinking.
• GDS Sabre proficiency is essential.
