Field Sales Representative – Tools & Outdoor Equipment

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the local market
  • Identify and onboard distributors, repair shops, and specialty tool retailers
  • Conduct field visits, product presentations, and contract negotiations with potential partners
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing sales support, inventory management, and after-sales service
  • Represent the brand at major trade shows (e.g., NHS) and industry events
  • Collaborate with marketing on advertising campaigns in trade magazines, TV programs, and online platforms
  • Provide training and promotional support to clients to drive sell-through and brand loyalty

Requirements

  • MUST be eligible to work in the United States (NO visa sponsorship available)
  • Sales experience within major tool networks: Snap-on, Cornwell, Mac Tools, or Matco Tools, Preferred
  • Background in tools, outdoor equipment, or hardware distribution preferred
  • Strong knowledge of local tool market, distribution channels, and retail networks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel frequently within the U.S.
  • Own transportation and valid driver's license required
