Senior Supply Chain Manager, Global Procurement Organization (GPO)

Overview

In this role you lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives within Amazon's Global Procurement Organization to optimize procurement operations at scale. You drive transformation programs, shape scalable supply chain solutions, and connect tactical execution to strategic outcomes that support the company's customer-centric mission. You collaborate across Operations, Finance, Technology, and more to deliver measurable improvements and continuous capability building. Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with minimal guidance across country, regional, and cross-regional levels
• Partner with Operations, Transportation, Procurement, Finance, Risk, Strategy, Technology, and Engineering to implement business transformations
• Create metrics to track performance, benefits realization, and drive continuous improvement
• Analyze data with advanced Excel, SQL, and databases to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Influence goals across multiple stakeholder teams and leaders to align operations with strategy
• Drive network-wide process improvements and best practices for operational excellence
• Provide strategic direction and act as escalation point for complex challenges
• Lead initiatives in procurement operations, special projects, and transformation programs

Key requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
