Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Director of Marketing and Business Development with the flexivility to be based out of any of our five locations. The Director will oversee marketing strategies, lead business development initiatives, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include market analysis, crafting and executing marketing campaigns, identifying business opportunities, and driving company growth through strategic planning. The role also involves managing marketing budgets, collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand alignment, and representing the company at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Marketing and Business Development skills: Expertise in crafting marketing strategies, market analysis, and client relationship management.
- Leadership and Project Management skills: Strong ability to lead teams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and achieve business objectives.
- Communication and Networking skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Strategic Thinking and Analytical skills: Adept at identifying new business opportunities and creating actionable plans to achieve company growth.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation is preferred.
- Knowledge of project management processes and the construction industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications in related fields are a plus.
