Marketing Manager, US and Canada

Position Overview
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is focused on developing and executing targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow our customer base and expand our footprint. This position serves as the main marketing point of contact for the UK, USA and Canada region and works closely with global marketing, other regional marketing managers, and the Regional Director, UKI.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Creating and executing impactful multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our most important industry sectors, prospects, and existing customers to help achieve sales revenue goals across our UK, USA and Canada region.
- GTM: Researching specific industry sectors, organisations, and personas to produce the most effective messages, channels, content, and materials by sector and country—including customised collateral to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Events: Planning and executing events under the Achilles Live brand and managing our attendance at relevant third-party events (round tables, conferences, breakfast meetings, webinars) to achieve marketing goals.
- Content Marketing: Collaborating with the wider team of ESG and Carbon experts to develop impactful content that drives market engagement and improves SEO performance.
- Web: Maintaining a strong regional web presence that aligns with regulatory developments and leverages business activities, including product launches and business wins.
- Sales Enablement: Building strong relationships with account teams and customers, acting as the link between sales and marketing to ensure materials meet brand requirements and messaging remains consistent.
- ROI: Reviewing, adjusting, measuring, and reporting on marketing campaigns to ensure maximum impact and support overall business goals.
- Project and Budget Management: Meeting agreed timescales and budget limits while maintaining strict budgetary control across all marketing activities in the region.
Required Qualifications
- Marketing or Business-related degree or equivalent CIM or professional qualification
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Knowledge of Hubspot preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
- Excellent understanding of the technical sales cycle
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Proven track record of building successful ABM campaigns preferred
- Proven track record of event planning
- Experience in collaborating/working with external agencies and partners
